The long-awaited Starbucks coffee shop with a drive-thru could open in just a few weeks at the newly revamped Westgate Mall in Bethlehem. Work on the 2,300-square-foot building at the shopping center along Schoenersville Road is nearing completion. According to Marjorie Kaplan, vice president of public relations for Rutherford, New Jersey-based Axiom Communications, Starbucks could have its grand opening early this month once the owners obtain the necessary city permits and occupancy paperwork, as she mentioned to lehighvalleylive.com this week.
